The Services are operated by Femera LLC, a company registered in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC License No. 5391), with registered office at QFC Business Centre, Office No. 4, Floor 9-902, QFC Tower 1, West Bay, Doha, Qatar. Femera LLC is the data controller responsible for the collection, processing, and protection of personal information in connection with the Services.

We collect information that you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information generated through your use of the Services. A. Account Information: Name; Email address; Username; Password credentials (stored securely); Country or region; Language preferences. B. Health and Wellness Information: Menstrual cycle information; Period dates; Cycle length; Symptoms; Mood information; Energy levels; Sleep information; Lifestyle information; Fertility information; Birth control information; Pregnancy-related information; Health notes and journal entries; Wellness goals. Certain information may be considered sensitive personal information or health-related information under applicable laws. Providing such information is voluntary. C. 4. AI-Generated Insights

AI-generated outputs are informational only; may not always be accurate; should not be relied upon as medical advice; should not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. AI-generated insights are intended to support self-awareness and wellness tracking and should not be interpreted as clinical, diagnostic, or treatment recommendations. Users remain responsible for healthcare decisions. Fimia's conversational and document-analysis features are currently powered by OpenAI, accessed via OpenAI's API. Messages you send to Fimia, along with any images, lab documents, or voice notes you choose to share, may be processed by OpenAI to generate a response. Femera selects AI providers with appropriate data protection commitments and does not permit submitted data to be used to train third-party models without our explicit agreement.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Where required by applicable law, we process personal information on one or more of the following legal grounds: User consent; Performance of a contract; Compliance with legal obligations; Legitimate business interests; Protection of vital interests. Sensitive health-related information is processed only with your consent or another lawful basis permitted by applicable law.

5A. Consent to Process Health Information

Certain information collected through Femera may constitute health-related or sensitive personal information under applicable privacy laws. By voluntarily providing menstrual, fertility, hormonal, pregnancy-related, symptom, wellness, lifestyle, or other health-related information through the Services, you expressly consent to Femera processing such information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or operational limitations. Withdrawal of consent may affect the availability of certain features or functionality within the Services.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal health information. We do not sell menstrual cycle data. We do not sell reproductive health data. We may share information with: Service Providers, such as: Cloud hosting providers; Infrastructure providers; AI/language model providers (currently OpenAI); Analytics providers; Security providers; Customer support providers. These providers are contractually required to protect personal information. Business Transactions: If Femera is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing transaction, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, regulatory authority, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.

Where international transfers occur, Femera implements appropriate safeguards required by applicable laws and regulations, which may include contractual data protection commitments, access controls and security measures, encryption and secure transmission protocols, and other legally recognized transfer mechanisms. AI-assisted features (such as Fimia, currently powered by OpenAI via its API) may involve processing relevant wellness data on infrastructure operated by that provider, which may be located in a different jurisdiction than where the rest of your data is stored. Regardless of where information is processed, Femera applies reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information and maintain an appropriate level of security.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for: providing the Services; maintaining accounts; complying with legal obligations; resolving disputes; enforcing agreements. When information is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived.
